i know i have been slacking off with working out lately. but I promise for the couple of days remaining til I reach the 90th day, I will work out daily (not hardcore workout though). A lot has been going on for the past few days ( papa's birthday, mommy 2's sister died (my grandma's sister), my auntie from san francisco went on vacation here in the phil (unannounced, as in surprise, andito na sya) etc. I know I shouldnt be making any excuse but really, it was tough. juggling my review routine and workout routine (in short, my daily routine) sobrang sumabog. Eh ako pa naman, i have this personality na I can't work well if sabog mga bagay bagay. If sobrang magulo, i'm lost too. kelangan organized lahat (uhhh hassle no?) that's why, I am always having a hard time dealing with sudden changes. kelangan planado lahat before pa mangyari isang bagay. dapat prepared lahat. basta. anyway, I'm just ranting.

hopefully, di na masyadong malapad tummy ko sa 90th day. para may gains namaaaaan. LOL.
just let me finish my 90 day fitness program, I swear toned na ako by that time. LOL
